How to Return
- Contact us within 14 days via Contact Form, WhatsApp, or hotline.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely with all original contents.
- Ship it back using any courier (we recommend tracked service).
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refund issued within 3–5 business days
- Original payment method credited (card, bank transfer, etc.)
- You’ll receive confirmation via email/SMS
Return Shipping Costs
- Our fault (wrong/defective item): We cover return shipping
- Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
Exchanges
We’ll gladly exchange for the same item (different size/color) or a different product of equal value. Contact us to arrange.
