Who is responsible

KDKTEC ICT Professionals, 5th Mile Post, Nannapurawa, Bibile, Sri Lanka 91519, is responsible for the personal data described here. We aim to follow the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022.

This website

This website has no accounts, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies. Our contact form does not send data to this website: it prepares a message in your own WhatsApp or email app, and we receive it only if you choose to send it.

What we receive when you contact us

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive what you share, such as your name, phone number, email address, business details and message.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, supply and support products and services, issue invoices, meet legal and tax duties, and keep our systems secure. Where the law requires your consent, we ask for it.

Who we share it with

Only with providers we need to deliver the service, such as messaging, email, hosting, payment and courier providers, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Systems we build for customers

In systems such as KDKTEC MediCare, the customer (for example a hospital) decides how patient and business data is used and is the controller. We process that data only under the customer’s instructions and our agreement with them.

Where data is processed

Services such as WhatsApp and Google may process data outside Sri Lanka under their own terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Customer and billing records are kept for as long as needed for the service and as the law requires.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, such as access control and backups.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act you may have rights such as access, correction, erasure and withdrawing consent, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to use them. You may also complain to the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without a parent or guardian’s involvement.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
