Who we are

These terms apply to this website and to products and services supplied by KDKTEC ICT Professionals (“KDKTEC”, “we”, “us”), Business Registration No. U470087 (ME/A/5/4/2015/25), 5th Mile Post, Nannapurawa, Bibile, Sri Lanka 91519.

Using this website

The information on this website is general and may change without notice. Nothing here is an offer until we issue a written quotation and you accept it.

Quotations and orders

Quotations are in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR) and stay valid for the period stated on the quotation. Work starts after you accept the quotation and make the first payment. Changes to the agreed scope need written agreement and may change the price and timeline.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in the quotation and in our Payment, Refund and Shipping Policy.

Intellectual property

The content, logos and designs of this website belong to KDKTEC. Your own data and content remain yours. Custom software is licensed to you as stated in the quotation. Third-party and open-source software we install (for example OSPOS, WordPress, Moodle or OpenCart) stays under its own licence.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information and the access we need, use our work lawfully, and keep your own backups unless a backup service is part of the agreement.

Warranty and support

Warranty and support are as stated in the quotation or service agreement. The manufacturer’s warranty applies to hardware. Warranty does not cover misuse, power surges, water or fire damage, or repairs by others.

Demonstration apps

Web apps linked from this site and marked as projects or demos are provided as they are and may change or be removed at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for data loss where you did not keep backups. Our total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Third-party links

Links to other sites such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook or AI Studio apps lead to services we do not control.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking with you.
