Payment, Refund & Shipping

Payment

Prices are in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR) and exclude taxes unless the quotation says otherwise. We accept bank transfer, cash and other methods shown on the quotation or invoice, and card or e-wallet payments through a payment gateway where offered. Small orders are paid in full before delivery or work starts. Larger projects are normally paid in milestones, for example 40% at the start, 30% on delivery and installation, and 30% at go-live, as set out in the quotation. We may pause work or support while a payment is overdue.

Hardware refunds and returns

Report faulty or damaged hardware within 7 days of receiving it. We will repair or replace it under the supplier or manufacturer warranty. Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for unused, unopened items in original packaging and only if the supplier allows it; a handling fee may apply. Custom-made items such as LED name boards and printed PVC cards cannot be returned.

Software and development

Fees for milestones already delivered are not refundable. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, we will refund the part of the fee that relates to undelivered work.

Hosting, domains and subscriptions

Domain registrations, hosting, messaging credits and other third-party charges cannot be refunded once activated or used.

Training and services

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule training or an on-site visit.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid by the same method you used, normally within 14 working days. Your rights under Sri Lankan consumer law are not affected.

Shipping and delivery

We deliver across Sri Lanka by courier, postal service, our own transport or on-site delivery. Delivery cost and estimated time are given when the order is confirmed. Delays caused by supplier stock, weather or couriers are outside our control. Check goods on delivery and report visible damage within 48 hours, with photos.

Installation

We install and commission hardware and software ourselves in the Bibile area and by arrangement elsewhere. Remote services have no shipping.

Risk and ownership

Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you when you have paid in full.
